Yesterday we went sledding as a Family it was a BLAST. Saydee went down with Cody the first time and when Gavin saw them he wanted to go by himself so I let him. It was cute seeing such a little guy going down the hill at top speeds holding on for dear life.
When Gavin got to the bottom I thought he wouldn't want to go alone again but to my surprise he did. Saydee started to go by herself to and they probably hiked up and down the hill 20 times.
This is a picture of Gavin flying down the hill holding on as tight as he could. One time he started going backwards so he laid down in the sled but was still holding on when he got to the bottom.
Here goes Saydee she was having so much fun she didn't want to go home at the end of the day and it was getting dark. We were at the hill for about an hour and a half and it really surprised us that the kids lasted that long.
Gavin just had to warm up his little hands for a while in the truck and then he got back to the fun. Saydee had her friend Kayden show up and they went down a couple times together. She was sad when he had to go home but she is going to take a picture of them sledding to show-n-tell next week. Altogether it was an awesome day out and we will be taking the kids again as soon as we can.
