HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

So this is the first time I have made homemade chicken noodle soup by myself. It turned out so yummy I can't wait for dinner tonight.

Chicken soup
10 cups broth
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp chopped dried onions (or you can chop your own it just really bothers my eyes)
1 1/2 tbsp parsley dried
3-4 cups carrots chopped
2-3 cups celery chopped
2-3 cups left over chicken
Let all of this simmer or a slow boil for 20 minutes while you make the noodles.

Egg Noodles
2 cups flour
2 tsp salt
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1/2 cup water

sift flour and salt then slowly mix the eggs in don't mix to long then add water 1tbsp at a time or if using a mixer mix all at once just don't over mix. If it is to sticky add just a little flour until it pulls away for the side of the bowl. Flour surface roll dough 1/4 inch thick and cut in thin noodle like slices. When the 20 minutes is up slowly drop noodles in one at a time while soup is boiling then boil 12-15 more minutes to cook the noodle. THEN YOU ARE DONE WITH THE YUMMY SOUP.

Mandy I made that last night. However I used the Grandmas Frozen Noodles they are really good as well, but I'm sure your homemade ones were better. Looks Good.
