On The Cruise...

Our first stop on our cruise was Santa Catalina Island we were told that it is only 30 miles from Long Beach where we left from. When we got there we stopped and booked a glass bottom boat tour in hopes to see some cool fish. We really didn't see much but at least it gave us something to do.

In this picture you can see our ship way in the back. We didn't dock at a port so we had to come over to the Island on a little charter boat. It was fun we found a little candy shop and bought a Carmel with chocolate apple it was delicious and also some Cinnamon bears. At this stop we had to be back to the ship by 4:30 or we would get left. I think we got back around 2 and went and ate lunch on the ship.

The next day we docked in Ensenada, Mexico we could get off at 9am and had to be back on by 9:30pm. I didn't really book anything before we left on the cruise because nothing sounded fun we just found things to do when we got there and they were a lot cheaper off the ship. We decided to go up and see a blow hole right by the ocean. I guess as waves come in it builds up pressure and then blows water high in the air. It was neat to see we watched it go off and soak a few people I was glad it wasn't me ha ha. After seeing that we went to try and do some shopping but it was hard the people were so pushy I hated it. They would wait for you to come out of one shop and pulled you into theirs. Finally we just went and ate some great tacos and just waited for our bus.

The bus took us back into town where we bought the kids each something and then back to the ship we went.

We had a whole day at sea also where all day we just ate tons of great food. Then the last day we just got up early got ready, ate, and packed our bags to go home. This was a lot of fun and we hope to do it again soon with our kids this time probably on a Disney Cruise.
