The Camping Has Started...

On Friday right after work Cody pulled the trailer up to Taco Grande one of our favorite spots to camp. It is up Fillmore Canyon but it isn't one of the main camp grounds it is out of the way and a great spot for the kids to ride their 4-wheelers. Cody then came back for me I had stayed because I was still watching kids and I needed to pack the coolers. When he got back we also had to load all the 4-wheelers the kids in the back of the truck and ours on the trailer.

Cody roasting a hot dog. I love hot dogs that are done over the fire.
This is Our Camp with Our trailer and everything.
Cody's Gramzo and Ross came up Friday to roast hot dogs and hang out. By the time they were leaving we had Cody's Grandma wanting a trailer and had called on one Cody saw on KSL but it had sold. The next day when we talked to them they were headed up north to look for one. We ran down to town and looked on KSL for them and called them with a # to another good find. They went and saw it and bought it. We are so excited about their trailer we can't wait to got camping with them.
We tried out our new Quick Shade that my parents picked up for us on a sale. I am glad that we have it and am sure we will use it every time we go camping.
Gavin stole Mommy's chair what a handsome boy that loves to camp and get dirty.
At our camp this is how it looks all the way around us it is so nice.
Just another random picture of our camp.
Saturday we decided to go on a 4-wheeler ride on the way Gavin fell asleep so we had to stop to wake him up.
We pulled off at a little camp ground and let the kids play in the water. Right off the rock Cody is standing on the water is really deep.`
We stripped Gavin down to his underwear and yes he is all but potty trained I am so happy. We tried to talk Saydee into doing it to but she wouldn't. Cody would dunk him in the water up to his chest he loved it and didn't want to stop even though he was shivering.
Saturday afternoon Ish and his family came up to visit and have dinner. The kids had a lot of fun riding 4-wheelers and catching butterflies.

Cody is a big kid and was popping wheelies with Gavin on his little 4-wheeler. It scares me because Gavin loved it so much.
Ish gave his little boys Morgan and Tristan a ride also. These little 4-wheelers are as much fun for the adults as they are for the kids.
For dinner on Saturday we had dutch oven potatoes and chicken it all turned out really good.
The kids were so tired they fell right to sleep and didn't wake up until 8:30 the next morning at least it wasn't 7 like the morning before that. Then we had to pack up and go home the kids were sad and didn't want to leave. It was a fun camping trip that didn't cost much because we have the best mountains out our back door. We can't wait to do it again hopefully in 2 weeks.
